I came in at 10:40 am to see a doctor cause half of my face won't move and I can barely see on one eye. You would think they give some crap about it instead treat you like a number. This is why #AveraMckennan is better cause any #Avera facility you won't ever have to deal with this. You are doctors and if you have patients the your lunch can wait, that's why you chose this career , your patients aren't cars , I (we) are people, so treat us like someone not something.
Wish all doctors offices were like this one. I have found it hard to find a good doctor in SD, this one is excellent.
The "counselor" there is absolutely unprofessional. Not only did she openly swear and use extremely disrespectful language, she also attempted to set the patient up with one of her family members? She misdiagnoses and is overly intrusive. Please see a real psychiatrist if you need a diagnosis. Doctors are good, however.
Dr Rector is the best. Great bedside manner with kids and adults. He really listens and cares.

They always do a good job whenever the kids or I get sick. This rating is based on multiple visits. Not perfect or anything but they are a pretty busy clinic so it's understandable.
