This is a brand new park just outside of Sioux Falls to the east. The various loops are short (each less than a mile) and easily navigated. There are many informational signs and a couple of great viewing platforms. One of the trails provides walk-in access to the single reservable campsite on the property which is beside the river for canoe access. One of the other reviews is correct in that, if you use Google Maps it will take you to the very rear of the property which does not have a public entrance. An edit for the Google Maps location has been submitted.

A very nice state park just outside of Sioux Falls on the border of Iowa and South Dakota. When you come in, there is a nice visitor's center that contains exhibits and free walking sticks that you can borrow. The trails are kept up well and nicely maintained with lots of maps posted along the way. In addition to maps, there are informational signs to read and rest rooms which can come in handy. There were picnic tables (pictured) and lots of people with dogs so it's pet friendly (although pets aren't allowed in the visitor's center). All in all it's a great place to check out of you are in the area.

This park has been around for a very long time but just recently the owners have built a new building and brought a lot more people to the park. Personally I liked it better when I could go their and walk around for hours and see no one now I can’t go their without seeing at least 10-15 people

We always have a blast when we go to Good Earth! The kids love the trails and seeing how the view from the scenic overlooks change in the seasons. We learn something new each time we come (from reading the signs or walking through the Native American exhibit inside)

This is a really nice trail park for jogging, walking. No bikes allowed. Several miles worth of trails. The new visitor center was very well done!
