The PetSmart itself is nice and in a convenient location for me. Although I will not be going back considering the fact that I explained 5+ times how I wanted my dog groomed. I would love to go back but unfortunately she botched the hair cut enough to the point where it's not fixable since she completely used a shavor on the dog when all I asked for was a simple TRIM and to leave the hair LONG. It's pretty ridiculous that I paid over $70 for a haircut that looks awful. Staff needs to listen to instructions or needs to be properly trained in their grooming department.
Not a large collection of critters but still a great store overall.
