I'm not a huge buffet fan, but this one does go out of the way to keep fresh food out for service. Pizza was fairly middling, but the fried chicken was well done. The mashed potatoes tasted like low rent cafeteria instant potatoes. Salad bar fresh, lively. It's a huge restaurant, so whether you're in for a fast bite to eat or family dinner on a busy night I don't see much of a wait.
I enjoyed the food, but there were so much going on in the door way by the ice cream machine, and a lot of hovering for empty plates. I also understand that those who were hovering we're not part of your staff. I would have donated to there cause had they been from Sioux Falls, but I think they should been fund raising in their own community.
