The reason I will never use state farm again. Doesn't care about service, just how much money he thinks he can get out of you.
I've had my home and auto insurance with Monte Fernandez at State Farm Insurance for over 10 years. We recently had a sump pump break and water in our basement. Monte's office is great to work with and they really helped out. I would highly recommend.
Monte is the best insurance agent! We have had great service from him for over 15 years. He has helped with home, auto, life anything we need. I trust him. He always shoots me a straight answer, he has never tried to sell me something I didn't need or want. I have recommended him to a lot of people and nobody has ever been disappointed
Monte and his office do a great job at every level. Very knowledgeable of the products and services. If you are with another State Farm agent you should switch to Monte and his team!

Every time I have called in with a change of address, vehicle, or simply a question each agent and person assisting me has been very friendly and taken care of all of my issues. Their customer service is impressive and really makes you feel as if your account matters!
