They just lost my business! I loved this place, good service for a reasonable price. Lately it's been pretty difficult to get a haircut there. I drive from Brookings to Sioux Falls specifically to cut my hair there. Made an appointment over the phone and because of the traffic around sioux falls showed up 4 minutes late, just to find out they wouldnt cut my hair because they were fully booked and they could 'fall behind'. Very very dissapointed on such a poor service.
Note to management: if you are so overbooked maybe its time to hire more people, you're losing business here.
Tonight I went in around 6pm and saw that there were only two people working there. They said they were booked for the rest of the night.This has happened to me in the past and I have seen other customers get turned away because they do not have an adequate amount of staff. It appears that only two people work there at any one time. It doesn't seem like they are trying to grow their business, because they are losing customers left and right.
Great haircuts for a great price. My son and I switched to The Barbershop several months ago - the quality, price and people make for a great combination.
Went there about two months ago and the they told me it would be a 10 minute wait. I patiently waited 50 minutes before I got my hair cut.
I will drive all the way across town just to goto this place. The service is always excellent and Sam who I believe is the GM is absolutely phenomenal and will always go through her, as I have for a year already.
Poor customer service. Don't try to do a walk in there around noon, They are busy having lunch and being rude.
