Great coaching and facility
I have been a member since September 2014 and love it. The trainers are great. They do a great job of making sure everyone understands all the movements before the workout as well as make sure you have the correct form and they always correct you if they see you doing something wrong. The community/trainers are incredibly supportive and make you feel very welcome regardless of your athletic background or ability level. Everything can be scaled to your ability level and the trainers know when to push you harder. This is a great place to workout!
