Coverage is horrible and they are rude and have had several billing issues

Good service

Unable to keep same numbers. Went to West side store and they didn't have the phones we wanted in stock. Was told the East side store would be able to help with getting our new phones set up. Drove across town only to be told they couldn't do anything since our #'s were not portable. Then spent 45 min on phone to their customer service so that they could explain why they couldn't do anything.

Never actually been here. But Google thinks I visit often so here I am giving my rating.
